He has served\u2002in various leadership roles, including Clinical Lead for Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Critical Care, and latterly as Clinical Director at Oxford Health Tech Labs. He advances safe, innovative, and high-quality healthcare, drawing on his MBA and Master\u2019s in Patient Safety and Human Factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Salem is a well-respected physician known for\u2002his dedication to clinical excellence, technology-enabled care and a patient-centric approach. His work spans perioperative management, complex cardiothoracic procedures, and the integration of human-factors principles into clinical systems.
