Professor Dr. Bahir-Edouard Elias is a distinguished dual board-certified surgeon, currently serving as Senior Consultant at the University Teaching Hospital of Besan\u00e7on, France. The French National Medical Council recognizes him for a rare combination of specialties. He holds certifications in both plastic, aesthetic & reconstructive surgery and orthopaedic & traumatologic surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds dual nationality (Egyptian\/French) and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English. As a result, he actively participates in humanitarian medical missions across the globe.
