Profile

Professor Hassan Jaafar is a distinguished academic and clinician at Cairo University’s renowned Kasr Al Ainy School of Medicine. With extensive expertise in fetal medicine, he has become well-known for his skill at the helm of high-level prenatal diagnostics, fetal anomaly evaluation, and the management of high-risk pregnancies, as well as in minimally invasive gynecological surgery.

As a dedicated educator, Professor Hassan is integral to the establishment of postgraduate training and contributes internationally via ISUOG Outreach, promoting ultrasound education in resource-poor settings. His academic influence includes reviewing for leading journals such as BMC and MEFS International.

Professor Hassan Jaafar is also the Co-Founder of the MENA PAS Society and the FORGE Foundation, which support regional advancement in research, clinical innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
