Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy is an Internationally recognized expert in reproductive urology and male fertility. He is known for his pioneering work in male Infertility, testicular function, and microsurgical sperm retrieval techniques. His extensive career spans clinical practice, academic research, and medical education, and he has contributed significantly to advancing reproductive healthcare.
Dr. Ranjith graduated with Honors in Doctor of Medicine MD from Rutgers, then continued with a Urology Residency at New York Weill Cornell Medicine. His interest in reproductive urology inspired him to pursue a Fellowship in Reproductive Urology at Baylor College of Medicine, where he advanced in the treatments and procedures for male fertility.
Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy worked as an Assistant Professor and Head of Reproductive Urology at the University of Miami between 2015 and 2024. He carried out research in sperm retrieval, testicular stem cell therapy, and hormonal therapy in male Infertility. He has authored over 500 peer-reviewed publications, contributing significantly to advancements in reproductive urology.
His next vital appointment came in 2024 at Jumeirah American Clinic & First IVF, Dubai, where he took on the role of Consultant Urologist. He adds his experience to the UAE’s burgeoning domain of reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technologies in this new capacity. He is an expert in:
