Dr Frederick P Mendiola

Dr Frederick P Mendiola, MD, FPUA, FPCS, is a Consultant Urologist, Sexual Medicine Specialist, and International Speaker with over two decades of experience. Based in the Philippines, Dr Mendiola is recognised for advanced urologic care, male sexual health expertise, and evidence-based clinical practice. Dr Frederick P Mendiola earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical School, University of the East. He completed his undergraduate Biology studies at De La Salle University in Manila. Dr Mendiola undertook postgraduate surgical training at Quirino Memorial Medical Centre and the National Kidney and Transplant Institute. He later completed his urology residency and served as Chief Resident at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Centre.

Dr Mendiola advanced his expertise through a Fellowship at the University of Chicago in Minimally Invasive Urology. During this fellowship, he trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic urologic and urologic-oncological surgeries. He also gained substantial experience in clinical and academic research during this period. Dr Mendiola later graduated from the European Society for Sexual Medicine, School of Sexual Medicine in Budapest. His clinical focus expanded to erectile dysfunction, andropause, testosterone replacement therapy, and male aesthetic medicine. Currently, Dr Mendiola serves as an Active Consultant at St. Luke’s Medical Centre, Bonifacio Global City.
He also practices at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Centre and Parañaque Doctors Hospital. Previously, he served as Chief of Urology at Taguig Pateros District Hospital from 2007 to 2025.
As an international speaker, Dr Mendiola regularly presents at DASIL, AMWC, IMCAS, 5CC, ISWAM, and regional conferences. His presentations focus on penile enhancement, erectile dysfunction, regenerative therapies, and male sexual health. Dr Mendiola is an accomplished researcher with multiple peer-reviewed publications and international research awards.
